ran my first 5k and cried at the finish 🏃‍♀️

six months ago i got winded on the stairs. today i ran 5 whole kilometers without stopping and burst into tears at the finish line like an absolute baby. my body did that. the same body i've been so mean to for years. we're friends now. we're a team.
