spilled boiling water on my hand — help?? 😭

just knocked a full cup of boiling water onto my hand and it is STINGING so bad 😭 i ran it under cold water and put some cream on — what else do i do?? is it gonna blister?? someone who knows first aid please

if it blisters bigger than a coin or looks white/deep please see a doctor ok?? take care of yourself 🥺

do NOT pop any blisters if they come up, and skip the toothpaste/butter myths lol. cool water + loose cover

been there, it's the worst. cold water, keep it clean, painkiller if you need. you'll be ok 💛

aloe or a proper burn gel once it's cooled helps so much. sending you love, that hurts 😭
